We offer products that meet the highest quality standards and legal requirements. You can find all the certificates confirming this on our website.
Clear glass can be safely washed in a dishwasher. We do not recommend washing decorated glass.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to a placed order. Please cancel and place the correct order again.

The receipt is automatically sent by the BASELINKER system to the provided email address. Invoices are available for download in the KSeF system.
Yes, after the order has been paid for in advance by bank transfer. Pickup address: 26-600 Radom, ul. Tarnobrzeska, gatehouse at gate no. 5. Please arrange the pickup date with us in advance.

Yes. We offer a 15% discount on your first purchase after signing up for the newsletter. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to wholesale offers.
Yes. According to the applicable law, you have the right to return goods purchased in our online store.
Yes. You do not need to return the entire order — you can return only selected products.
You have 14 calendar days to submit a withdrawal from the contract and 14 days to return the goods.
Return at your own expense to the address: Gotglass Sp. z o.o. Sp. kom., Warehouse A31 (note: RETURN), ul. Marii Fołtyn 11, 26-600 Radom. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or returns from parcel lockers and collection points.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the package.

Direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.

Yes. The paints and coatings used are safe and eco-friendly, as confirmed by our certificates.

Minimum to 300 sztuk z jednego modelu i koloru szkła.
Yes. We provide up to 10 sample pieces in selected colors or finishes for free — the client only covers the shipping cost. For personalization with a logo, the cost of the mesh is 250 PLN net/piece.
Depending on the season: 4–8 weeks.
No. The preparation of the graphic design is the client's responsibility. We create a visualization based on a vector file.
