Delivery
A large part of the products we sell are items that are very easy to damage, break, or crush during transport. We pay great attention to their safe packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use thick cardboard and bubble wrap for this purpose.
We make every effort to ensure that the shipment prepared for you is properly secured, but if it appears damaged during transport, please accept the package and write a complaint report in the presence of the courier. If possible, take photos of the damage and include them in the complaint correspondence.
We make every effort to ensure that the purchased products reach you as quickly as possible. Packages with delivery to the specified address and to InPost Parcel Lockers are ready for shipment within 1–2 business days from the day the transaction is finalized.
